A HIDDEN HYGGE SPOT IN COMO, ITALY

A few weeks ago I had a little day trip to Lake Como with my best friend, only a train ride away from where I live. What started as a beautiful and sunny day, ended up being quite a rainy one forcing us to take cover by lunchtime. Luckily we ended up at a place called Figli dei Fiori, a newly opened bistro with the coziest vibe. Stepping inside, you are surrounded by flowers, plants, succulents, and cuteness. With a high ceiling and large windows, it is airy yet warm and homely.

We were seated at a lovely table near the windows, overlooking the outdoor area and watching the rain pour. It was the perfect setting for autumn hygge, and the delicious potato soup was just what I needed on this gray day. If you are planning a trip to Como anytime soon I would highly recommend stopping by the bistro and the flower shop next door, come rain or shine!
