HAPPY PANCAKE DAY

Why not celebrate with these super easy and quick banana pancakes?

INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe banana
1 large egg
2 tbsp of flour
1 tsp of cinnamon

RECIPE:
#1 Mash up the banana in a bowl until smooth.
#2 Add in the egg, flour and cinnamon and whisk until everything is combined.
#3 Heat up a non-stick pan on medium heat, and add the batter onto the pan. This recipe makes 4 small pancakes.
#4 Cook the pancakes for about 3 min, until they are light brown on both sides.
#5 Plate up and add whatever you desire, for instance blueberries and honey.
#6 Enjoy!

This recipe can be adapted to suit your taste. Instead of cinnamon, try adding vanilla, peanut butter or chocolate chips to the batter. You can also swap the plain flower with almond flour, coconut flour or oats for a healthier option.

HOW TO MAKE BANANA CARAMEL MILKSHAKE

I love this super easy & delicious take on milkshake, especially since the key ingredient is banana. It is perfect for a snack, or even breakfast as it is just the right amount of sweet!

INGREDIENTS:
1 large banana (about 300g)
300ml milk
3 tbsp of caramel syrup
1 pinch of sea salt
1 crushed chocolate digestive biscuit

RECIPE:
#1 Peel & slice the banana, then freeze for at least 2 hours.
#2 When the banana pieces are frozen, take them out and place them into the blender.
#3 Pour the the milk & caramel syrup in along with the sea salt.
#4 Mix everything until there are no lumps left.
#5 Pour into a glass and decorate with a sprinkle of the crushed chocolate digestive biscuit and a drizzle of caramel syrup on top.
#6 Enjoy!
