Green is really growing on me (no pun intended), and I am very intrigued by all the green interior I see on Pinterest. Green is such a calm shade, a green accent wall or a little green corner in a livingroom seems like a great way to add some colour. I can’t decide if I prefer the lighter or darker shades… What do you think, would you be bold and add green in your home?
I’m loving the tones in the new spring & summer lookbook from the Danish interior design house Broste Copenhagen, it compliments the Nordic way of life perfectly and makes me excited for what’s to come. Below is a selection of highlights from the lookbook, but you can view the whole collection here.
The Pantone Colour of the Year 2015 was just announced; Marsala – an earthy & robust tone.
“Marsala enriches our mind, body and soul, exuding confidence and stability. Marsala is a subtly seductive shade, one that draws us in to its embracing warmth.” – Leatrice Eiseman (Pantone Colour Institute)
It will be interesting to see it popping up in design, fashion & interior throughout the year!
