SMALL & COZY STUDIO HOME

While waiting for my new home to be ready, I find myself browsing online for inspiration even more than usual. On the hunt for smart solutions in small spaces, I came across this small and cozy Swedish studio space on Entrance Fastighetsmäkleri. I love how charming and full of character it is and how they have used the space wisely without making it feel cluttered. The blue toned accents run through the whole space and tie it together perfectly giving it a calm feeling.

The little half wall which divides the bedroom from the living room area is a great way to create different areas. Even though it is all technically one room, it makes it feel more divided with a designated zone for sleeping.

The kitchen is one of the main features in the home, and rightfully so. Many people think that in a small space it is best to stick to white, but I disagree. The blue shade on the kitchen cabinets just makes it feel more of a separate area in my mind, making the kitchen an important focal point in this small home. It also adds to the cozy factor, cretaing a lovely dining area that feels nice and snug.

What do you think of the little cut-out in the wall near the door? Perfect for showing off a handbag or a beautiful decorative item I think.

This is such a beautiful beautiful home. I’ve always been fascinated by Scandinavian studios and how they appear to have so much more space than expected! I always assumed that blue tones would feel cold but this shade looks so cosy and inviting.

Hi Milenka! Agreed, and it has inspired me to add more blue tones to my new home (which is something I have never done before..)
